Friendly Pets and Acres

Welcome to our home page. We hope you enjoy reading about and perhaps seeing our unique 7 acres in NW Arkansas that is devoted to our very special dogs and feathered friends. What makes us unique? It is the attitude here. My wife and I love and yes even cherish every single dog, puppy, chicken, turkey, goat and guinea on this place.

Aren't they precious! (Ori-Pei 11-19-09 litter).

I am interested in your American Eskimos. How big are the parents? Can
you email me pix of the parents? Do you still have any pups available? I
am in Durham, NC. I love your website. Your love of your animals shines
through.
Thanks,

Charles,

Thank you. Your puppies are beautiful and we love reading about your wonderful farm. We are kindred spirits!

My husband and I will evaluate our situation and be in touch.

Warmly,

We go to great lengths to make this hobby farm a home of caring and love. As you can see from these pictures, our critters are beautifully kept, happy campers. Everybody has a clean, ventilated and spacious shelter and a clean large yard to play and run on. Almost every morning our larger dogs are released into 2 acres of fenced yard. You should see them run back and forth like gazelles.

This last weekend we were blessed in obtaining "Nemo" , a bottle fed 4 week old boer goat. I have become his mother. We already love him. Shown with him is the mother of our collie litter. We love her also. You can tell she loves us in return.

I have been very busy building a large area for our new pigmy goats. We now have 9 females and 3males in our new family. Come spring 2010 we should have lots of little kids running around and probably for sale. Love every one of them.

I take a chair, sit my self down and watch in amazement as our collies run back and forth. "Ranger", "Valerie", "Precious" all come rushing over to me wanting lots of recognition, hugs and love. It is so funny, if I do not, right then and there give them those wanted hugs all three push their long roman noses right into me. They want!!!

Each night every dog, chicken, turkey and guinea is locked into their housing. We do so for 2 reasons: this eliminates any and all barking and secondly, everybody is protected from; weather, a cold chill, coyotes, owls, fox and even bear. In sum---

" These are our friends. They are family.

Every one of them is special to us."

A Friend stopped by!!

I was planting 4 new rose bushes and happened to look out onto our back porch. I could not believe it. There sitting on a wooden ball was the most beautiful "Praying Manthis". For sure there is much beauty on our Arkansas 7 acres. 10 seconds later I grabbed my camera and took this most special picture.  By the way, Now 15 minutes later my Friend is still there on his perch. As my wife says" He is still there waiting for you to come see him again."

Shown on the above center is our beautiful male "Prince" grandson of our beloved "Shad".

The biggest reason to purchase a dog from us!!!

You know the biggest reason for buying one of our dogs? It is the early imprint we give our puppies.

When they leave here they do not have the trauma of a puppy mill. And when mama is happy then her puppies will carry this joy with them. So,when you purchase a healthy, loving, satisfied puppy they will carry this satisfaction to you. Once you bond with them they will be your friend, companion and joy for 15+ years. What a bargain are these puppies.

Shown on left are 2-8 week old M & F Yorkie puppies. Can you see it? Look at those 4 eyes. They have the spirit and joy flowing from them.
