If you want to experience a special place when you are purchasing a puppy come by and see us. We are easy to find and get to.

Our 7 acres is only 2 1/2 miles from the very beautiful and large Beaver Lake. We are close to the deepest part where large stripped bass live and swim. These fish can go as high in weight as 40-50 #s.

At times we take our dogs for a run along the shores of Beaver Lake. Some of them are scared of the water. Others like "Annie",     who  is shown at the left,  love to dash in and out of the beautiful, clear lake waters.

 "Annie"

One of our adult collies came upon a water snake. It coiled in a defense mode. I yelled to her to leave the snake alone. She did not listen and the snake bit her right on the nose. Fortunately, she was a large dog so the bite did not kill her. "I told you so girl!"

Another couple of miles further east of us there is the famous White River with it's trophy trout.

An hour and a half's drive from here there is the famous Buffalo River.

In the spring, when the river is full and fast, there are hundreds of canoeists paddling down this very swift river.

A few summers ago I decided to take the grandkids for a float on the river. Wow, was this a mistake. The waters had receded so our aluminum canoe would get hung up every 1/2 mile or so. What to do? I couldn't let the 2 kids get into the water so grandpa went on on. I had to physically pry the canoe off the rocks with 2 kids aboard.

How come I did not avoid the rocks? There was no avoiding them since the water level had gotten so low. I hurt the next day.

Is it any wonder this whole area is called a natural wonderland? Arkansas is the Natural state for good reason.

No wonder so many people come here to visit and live.

Also, our location is about 1-1/2 hours driving time from Branson, MO. Attend a show and then come see us.

Best regards to all.  Love to have you come see us!
